ABOUT US

Accurate Building Maintenance was founded by Navy veteran Ron Finken and his wife Rebecca in Las Vegas in 1994, when the couple performed the cleaning services for their accounts overnight themselves. The business quickly grew and now has about 200 employees. Ron’s daughter Alex Finken joined Accurate in 2010, starting out in Quality Assurance, moving into Operations, and then took the helm as CEO and Visionary in 2021.

 

Ron’s dream has always been to pay each employee a living wage. Both he and Alex are passionate about improving cleaning standards in the US, advocating for the importance of trained skill and industry certification for their team members. The entrepreneurial spirit is a Finken family tradition, beginning with Ron’s father Ken and continuing with Ron and now Alex. The Finkens’ investment of sweat equity, commitment to excellence and exceeding expectations, and personal touch are evident in how they carry out their vision with grit, enthusiasm, and dedication.

 

We are proud to be a service-disabled veteran-owned enterprise. Accurate specializes in facilities 50,000 square feet or more and currently cleans approximately 3.75 million square feet of facility space daily. We are CIMS Green Building Certified with Honors and use eco-friendly methods and equipment when cleaning your facility. Headquartered in Las Vegas and with regional offices in Arizona and northern Nevada, we have nearly three decades of industry experience.
