Ron and his wife Rebecca co-founded Accurate Building Maintenance in November 1994. Ron has owned 2 other businesses in his career and served 8 years in the United States Navy. He is the CEO of the company and loves solving challenges for clients and potential clients.
When Ron is not working he loves traveling with his wife, spending time with family and friends and he is a Big in Big Brothers Big Sisters mentoring his Little Brother Gage.
Jeremiah Gibbs is the liaison between clients, customers, and co-workers to get projects done. As Project Manager and Director of Special Services, Jeremiah joined Accurate Building Maintenance with 12+ years of cross-functional management and is driven by the fast-paced industry.
He creates a fresh determination to the Accurate team with goals that include bringing the AccuClean concept to the multi-housing market as well as being able to offer a variety of services to our clientele. Beyond his primary job functions, Jeremiah has been recognized through his numerous certificates in Training and Sales.
Alex Finken was unknowingly born into her role as Director of Operations. Father and Owner, Ron Finken, recruited her at the age of 22 to assist him with quality assurance as a temporary stint but little did Alex know she would fall in love with the industry as she learned the ins and outs of the company.
Motivated, Alex became OSHA Certified and led the company towards the CIMS Green Building with Honors Certification. She brings optimism and charisma as she oversees Human Resources, Quality Assurance, scheduling of employees, and the day to day operations of the business. Alex thrives on change and educating others on the industry standards as well as marketing to continue to grow the company. Outside of the office you can find Alex at a live music event or relaxing by the waters edge fishing with some chips and salsa.
Tammy has been with Accurate Building Maintenance since 2012. She came to the company with nearly 20 years’ experience in accounting that she garnered while working for other privately-owned companies. She enjoys the Culture driven atmosphere that Accurate Building Maintenance provides and is honored to be part of a company that truly cares about its employees and customers as individuals. When not working, Tammy enjoys spending time with her family and her very spoiled fur baby.
Laurie started as a janitor in 1989 to “help out” and loved it so much never left. Over the past 31 years has held positions from janitor to Administrative support with everything in between, even owned a franchise cleaning business with her parents for many years.
As Area Manager for Arizona Laurie has managed all aspects of the business since 2014. Laurie enjoys all this job has to offer but mostly loves the different day to day challenges this industry brings. Laurie is a true team leader and motivator is solution-driven and encourages all employees to grow within themselves and the company while respecting all the needs of our customers. Laurie keeps her word and gets the job done.
Laurie has lived in Arizona since 1982 and enjoys adventures with her Husband, get-togethers with her family, and loves playing and seeing the world through her granddaughter’s eyes.
