Ron Finken

Founder

Ron and his wife Rebecca co-founded Accurate Building Maintenance in 1994. A career entrepreneur following his 8 years of service in the United States Navy, he has owned two other businesses. As the company’s past CEO, Ron loves applying his extensive industry knowledge and business acumen to solve challenges for both current and potential clients.

Ron believes there are no substitutes for putting in the work, following through, and consistent accountability throughout the organization. Forthright and focused, his commitment to building partnerships is evident in how Accurate treats both clients and employees as family.

When he’s not working, Ron loves traveling with his wife and spending quality time with family and friends—including mentoring Gage, his Little Brother through Big Brothers Big Sisters. Ron is a longtime active supporter of several other local charities and advocacy organizations.

Alex Finken

CEO & Visionary

Alex began working with her father, Accurate founder Ron Finken, at the age of 22. She started out in Quality Assurance, moved into Operations, and then took the helm of the family business as CEO and Visionary in 2021. Motivated by improving cleaning standards and elevating the industry, Alex earned her OSHA certification early on and in 2016 led the company to its first CIMS Green Building With Honors Certification.

Alex’s authenticity, boldness, and charisma are a breath of fresh air appreciated by clients and employees alike. Not afraid to get her hands dirty, she can often be found working alongside her janitorial staff in pursuit of delivering solutions and excellence to our clients.

Alex is a true visionary, always looking for new ways to grow the company culture and increase employee engagement and client retention. Investing in our team is one of her highest priorities. Alex prides herself on ensuring Accurate is a place where people are respected and valued, support to be successful, and can find a place to grow—and often, start over or begin a new chapter of their lives.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys live music, entertaining her family and many friends, being near the water’s edge, and is always up for new adventures and experiences.

Rico Rodriguez

Vice President of Operations

Rico brings more than 15 years of executive experience in the building services contract industry to Accurate and our clients. His areas of expertise include change management, complex account startups, team building, strengthening customer relations, and financial performance. 

Rico’s leadership style and the heart of all he does are centered on the motto “Service with Compassion.” He strives to create a culture of caring and empathy, a place where our team can come to work inspired to be in the service of our customers. 

Rico holds an MBA from St. John’s University in Queens, NY. He was Founder and President of Diamond Facility Services, Inc. in that city until 2018. Most recently, Rico served in multiple roles with a large privately owned facility service provider, including as General Manager of its California operating company. 

Outside of work, Rico is an avid reader. He and his wife enjoy long drives on a scenic route with their family, sometimes singing karaoke. Rico has five children. His favorite Broadway musical is Hamilton.

Tammy Hanson

Director of Finance & Human Resources

Tammy joined the Accurate family in 2012, bringing nearly 20 years of finance experience with privately owned companies. She has since expanded her professional responsibilities to include overseeing Accurate’s Human Resources department.

Tammy enjoys Accurate’s culture-driven atmosphere and is driven by the Finkens’ vision and their dedication to carrying it out. She considers it an honor to be part of an organization that values its employees and customers as individuals.

In her off time, Tammy enjoys watching live local bands, attending concerts, and going to Golden Knights games with her close friends. She has two amazing adult children, three adorable granddaughters, and one very spoiled fur-baby.

Roman Guerrero

Director of Operations

Roman has more than a decade of operations management experience in the commercial janitorial and building maintenance industry in the Las Vegas area. His technical and field knowledge, extensive training, and strong quality assurance background provide Accurate and our clients with the skills and leadership necessary to service our contracts with precision and excellence.

Roman’s areas of expertise include OSHA guidelines and modern green cleaning methods and plans. He is BSCAI Certified, including for COVID-19 Disinfection and Safety. He also helped lead Accurate through their CIMS Green Building with Honors Certification renewal in fall 2022.

Roman began his career as a janitor at a local warehouse, where he was quickly promoted to manager and continued to move up the ranks of leadership. He genuinely enjoys cleaning, taking comfort and pride in the knowledge that his work behind the scenes creates a safe space for people to do their work and fight their everyday battles—a place of possibility. His passion in life, and in work, is not to change the world but just to make someone’s day better. To have that opportunity in his work gives him a sense of accomplishment.

Roman considers our people as our most valuable asset, and overseeing our team is the most important part of his role as Operations Director. He prioritizes gaining their trust and being of service to them. Roman’s ultimate goals are to guide, mentor, and inspire his team members as they each apply their passions to their work in the service of our clients.

Outside of work, Roman enjoys time at home with his family as well as camping. He is a huge Las Vegas Raiders fan. His happy place is the family ranch in Baja California, Mexico. Roman and his wife Sabrina have two young sons.

Angela Nelson

Business Development

Angela has more than 25 years of marketing, sales, and business development experience with an emphasis in the tourism industry. She believes business is ultimately about a relationship built on trust, not a mere transaction—and thus she insists that it should never come down to only price.

Angela is a true people person, pursuing real partnerships as she digs deep to discover and understand clients’ needs and challenges. Her tenacity and talent lead to customized, efficient solutions.

Angela holds a BA in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of South Carolina. She is a past president of the Las Vegas Chapter of the American Marketing Association and is an avid networker and connector.

Angela notes her greatest achievement as having raised her two sons into respectful and successful young men. She enjoys live music, sporting events, and anything “foodie.”

Bonnie Miller

Human Resources Coordinator

Bonnie comes to Accurate from the operations side of the industry, making her someone in HR with whom frontline employees can relate. She has worked in all aspects of janitorial services, from quality control to training and management. She is now the driving force behind our most valuable asset: Our people.

 

Bonnie’s favorite part of the cleaning industry is that she gets to be involved in the elevation of our janitors to true cleaning professionals. Through her involvement in training for best practices and employee appreciation and recognition incentives and programs, she coaches them to success. She believes the environmental service industry isn’t just about cleaning and sanitation but about community and the wellbeing of our customers.

 

When not shopping for shoes, she enjoys spending time with her family. Bonnie is most proud of watching her three children grow into productive members of society and is excited about the lives they are creating. With a daughter and husband who are also in the industry, janitorial is truly a family affair.
