We’re kicking off a monthly Employee Spotlight series featuring an amazing team member, showcasing what it’s like to work in the cleaning industry at Accurate, where we #keepitfun.
This month we are happy to introduce you to Ivon Ramirez! She's one of our facility supervisors and has been with Accurate for a little over a year since starting as a detailer/standby janitor. Ivon was nominated for knocking it out of the park turning an account around since her recent promotion to supervisor. Our crew, client, and company leadership and management teams are grateful and impressed.

Ivon's supervisor Bonnie Miller said, “In the short time that Ivon has been supervising this facility, she has completely turned the account around. The client has noticed—one of my favorite comments is that the building looks and smells really clean now! What is your WHY of being a cleaning industry professional? In other words—what brings you to work each day besides needing to earn a paycheck? I like cleaning! It’s something we do on a daily basis. It motivates me to learn, and I like teaching about the topic.
What keeps you motivated at work?
It motivates me to see the difference we make every day with our cleaning.
What aspects of your job do you enjoy the most?
Communicating with everyone and being able to work as a team.
Which of Accurate’s core values resonates most with you and why? I feel that #opportunity is the most important thing for me—because we can all do this kind of work, and we can all grow on cleanliness.
Describe your fellow Accurate team members in three words.
Hardworking, responsible, and respectful.
What’s your favorite thing about working at Accurate?
That they value the effort we make every day.
What is one thing unique about you that people might be surprised to find out?
Everybody is always surprised when they find out I have a twin.
What piece of advice would you give to your younger self? Never give up! That all the effort made has been worth it.
What job did you want to have as a child?
I always wanted to be a dentist.
If you had to delete all but three apps from your smartphone, what would you keep?
WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram.
