Ron and Rebecca Finken started Accurate in 1994 by cleaning buildings themselves overnight. Their daughter Alex worked in several parts of the company before becoming CEO in 2021. Ron and Alex still work alongside employees in the field. It is part of who they are—and it helps Accurate take better care of our teams and customers. In 2026, Accurate launched Profit Sharing as the first step toward its future vision of employee ownership.

This crew took the companywide Leave It Better challenge beyond the building, cleaning up the exterior dumpster area—and had some fun together while going above and beyond for our customer.
